Know your body and prepare it! Lypo-C style "Body check"

The event theme of Lypo-C which will be held in Omotesando, Tokyo, is "Well-being ~ Sharpen your senses and know yourself ~".
Since our bodies are different for each person, it is necessary to know the state of our bodies correctly and prepare them accordingly.
So this time, we asked Koichi Ito, a personal trainer, to teach us the perfect exercises to "know your own body"!

We will also talk about the “recovery” that Mr. Ito advocates, and the “Karada Checkbook” developed for Lypo-C this time.

Koichi Ito
Recovery Master Trainer, Personal Trainer. Developed a unique recovery method that focuses on "recovery" from the belief that exercise alone cannot make you healthy.

─Mr. Ito, you have developed and disseminated a unique method called the “Recovery Method.” What is Recovery?

In a nutshell, the recovery method is "recovery", but it is not only about "recovery" from pain, but also to make the body move before exercise, and to get in shape after exercise so that you can spend your daily life comfortably. In addition, you will be asked to perform the necessary exercises according to your lifestyle.

Everyone, not just the elderly, uses their bodies in their daily lives and hardens their muscles and fascia, so it is a necessary exercise for everyone.

The "Recovery Method" I developed divides the human body into 9 units based on the fact that each person's body type is different.

1. Sacroiliac joint (joint in the buttocks)
2. Iliopsoas muscle (muscle that extends from the plexus to the thigh)
3. Spine
4. Hip joint
5. Scapula
6. knee
7. neck
8. Ankle
9. wrist

In the "Recovery Method", we will prepare the body by performing necessary recovery-exercises.

In addition, we will keep a good posture with recovery training that allows the body to memorize its shape.

─At this event, you have developed a “Karada Checkbook” that incorporates the recovery method for Lypo-C. Please tell us about this.

This time, we developed 10 movements for Lypo-C 's "Karada Checkbook".
Narrow down to 5 from the 9 areas mentioned earlier, and perform 2 of each, for a total of 10 movements.

1. Ankle
2. knee
3. Hip joint
4. Spine
5. neck

By performing the necessary movements from among the 10, you will be able to balance the fascia of your body and make it easier to adjust your "ki, blood and water" and "posture."
*Recovery training is required to improve posture.

Ki-Ketsu-Sui is the balance of three important things in the body.
“Qi” is the flow of Qi, “Blood” is the flow of blood, and “Water” is the flow of water and lymph.

By doing recovery exercises, the three balances are in place, leading to a body with good circulation.

"Posture" is also very important.
It's easy to understand if you imagine a water hose, but if you bend the hose in the middle, the water flow will be poor, right?
If your posture is bad, the circulation of your body will be bad, and you will feel discomfort and pain in every part of your body.

“Ki-Ketsu-sui” and “posture”.
Just by doing the necessary movements from the 10 movements that I will tell you this time, you can get in shape.

"Karada Check | 10 Movements" is now available on Instagram. Please try it >>

Speaking of Mr. Ito, Lypo-C is also incorporated into the program of the gym he runs. I would also like to know about the relationship between exercise and vitamin C.

Vitamin C x exercise is where I am currently paying attention.
I also participate in contests, but during the period I will push my body to the limit of 3-4% body fat.

In such a situation, if you think about what you really need, there are various things such as food and water, but I think vitamin C is indispensable.
Good for training and staying healthy.

My recommendation is to take Lypo-C two to three hours before your workout.
If you practice properly, you will feel the difference in your body.

Get a "Body Checkbook"! Lypo-C event held in Omotesando
