Kim Na-rae / Korean chef

Starting today, we will be running a series of articles introducing Lypo-C to your loved ones. We will be sharing the results of people who tried Lypo-C for the first time after a month of taking it, as well as their real opinions.

For the first episode, we have a special guest, chef Kim Na-rae, who is already a fan and knows its benefits. Na-rae, who mainly serves Korean cuisine, her home country, and who proposes dishes that resonate with the body and soul, is always charmed by her radiant, glowing skin and lively expression, despite being busy working and raising children. We asked her the secret to maintaining her beauty.

For adult women
Beautiful skin is the most important thing!

When we talked to her, Kim Na Rae said with a smile, "I'm trying my best with beauty!" When we asked her about it, she told us that as she was approaching 40, she started to worry about her skin.
"Looking at my Korean friends, I think Koreans have a very high sense of beauty. So many people have had a lot of trouble with their appearance, including plastic surgery. But I don't want to change my face, and I don't mind getting older. But I don't want to give up just because I'm getting older. Maybe that's because I always remember a lovely lady telling me when I was younger, 'For older women, beautiful skin is everything.'"

At the time, Nare thought that becoming an "old lady" meant getting a curly perm, so her encounter with this woman was very memorable for her.
Around the same time, she read a book that encouraged people to remain sexy even at age 70, and it made her want to age gracefully.
"Beautiful skin makes a woman feel sexy. I want to be an adult like that. I truly felt that way, so I started to make sure I did my skincare every day."

Cosmetics and Lypo-C
Daily skin care

"I rarely go to beauty salons, but I do put a lot of effort into home care. I use Korean beauty devices and cosmetics every day. As our skin changes with age, the cosmetics that suit us should also change. That's why I'm always researching what cosmetics are available now and what suits my skin at the moment.
This is true for cooking, but I just love researching and getting information. I have an otaku personality. I also love online shopping, researching every night and clicking on the things that I think are good (laughs).”

Narae learned about Lypo-C when she was searching the internet for skincare products. There are many other vitamin supplements out there, but Lypo-C, which uses patented Lypo-Capsule technology to ensure high absorption rates, caught her attention. She was intrigued by the buzz around it, and bought it on impulse in the middle of the night.
"When I woke up in the morning and calmed down, I realized I'd made such an expensive purchase! And when I tried drinking it, it didn't taste good (laughs). I thought maybe I'd made a mistake, but I continued to drink it before going to bed, and it helped me sleep better. I woke up feeling refreshed, and my face looked more lively.
After experiencing all these different effects, I was convinced that it's better to put high quality things into your body even if they are a little expensive, so I bought another box before I finished it."

I want to keep drinking
Customize with juice and soda

To overcome the unique taste of Lypo-C, Nare mixes it with apple juice and carbonated water.
"I first read a review that suggested mixing it with citrus juice, so I tried it and found it to be easy to drink. Now I always have apple juice on hand to customize it to my liking. I also add carbonated water to reduce the sugar content. I drink it every night, and sometimes in the morning too."

Recently, I have started using Lypo-C Vitamin C+D, which provides both Vitamin C and Vitamin D3 at the same time, not only for anti-aging care but also for maintaining the health of people who have little opportunity to be exposed to sunlight.
"I usually work from home and only go out to do grocery shopping. I travel by car a lot, so I take Lypo-C Vitamin C+D. Health and beauty are inseparably linked."
