When are you taking Lypo-C?
Lypo-C is a health food and can be taken at any time of the day. I think the amount is also each person.
Therefore, we will report in a series on how people who drink Lypo-C are incorporating it into their daily lives.
This time, we interviewed photographer Yumi Saito.
Every day is hard... So Lypo-C is always with you
In a nutshell, many photographers have specialized fields such as models, landscapes, still life, cooking, and research. There are many business trips, and hard shooting lasts for several days.
“Depending on the nature of my work, the time I wake up varies greatly from day to day, and the intensity of work is also different. In other words, it’s irregular. I always carry Lypo-C with me at work.”
Nutrition management is a must to spend every day comfortably
Mr. Saito says, "Irregular days." It seems that he has been concerned about daily nutritional management for a long time because he knows. I try to eat "Mago is easy" and try to eat fruits every day. It's not enough, and I've been paying attention to supplements for a few years.
“I started taking vitamin C three to four years ago. I ordered a liposomal supplement recommended by a friend and took it. Nutrients are consumed, so I was told that it would be better to actively take supplements."
Considering the absorption rate, I was taking a liposome vitamin C supplement from overseas, but Mr. Saito said, "It was really bad." After that, I encountered Lypo-C about a year and a half ago.
"I was surprised! It's completely different from the liposomal vitamin C I've been drinking, and it's smooth and easy to drink."
Then he switched to Lypo-C.
Drink when your body wants it. That's how I deal with my Lypo-C
Among those who drink Lypo-C regularly, there may be many who decide when to take it. But Saito says otherwise.
"I think it's better to drink every day, but I'm not prejudiced. However, as I said earlier, it's absolutely essential for work and business trips."
Saito also enjoys skiing in winter and swimming in the ocean in summer. Lypo-C is a must for active sports scenes.
“It has become natural to incorporate it into the scene where it is needed rather than at a set time. Another reason why I like it is that it is convenient to carry because it is individually packaged.”
