Importance of "food" that I experienced "fasting"
Currently, Mr. Miyamae is widely active as a chef, producing and holding workshops for the gluten-free and guilt-free sweets brand "maq bon." Since then, he has a career as an entertainer.
“When I was an idol, I was really busy, and my eating habits were irregular.
It was the first experience of "fasting" at the age of 23 that prompted Mr. Miyamae to reconsider himself.
“It was a one-week program, but my skin became more and more beautiful by not eating. I was able to feel things I hadn't noticed before, such as the scent and the sound of nuts falling from the leaves.
Use this fasting as an opportunity to reassess your diet. Even after becoming a chef, I studied nutrition on my own and try to maintain a balanced diet.
I couldn't keep up with the supplements, but...
About four years ago, Mr. Miyamae first encountered Lypo-C. "I tried it at an event, but I was surprised at how bad it tasted! But when I heard the explanation about the absorption rate, I thought it looked good...so I bought a box."
